SERVICES & FACILITIES STUDY
We have completed a services and facilities study looking at what services are available within the Parish and how far residents need to travel to access these ie. health services, education, transport, retail etc.
SURVEY
During Nov and Dec 2014 every household within the Parish was hand delivered a survey asking for views on the Parish with regard to where houses should be built, the types of houses, the impact on services and facilities etc.

TOWNSCAPE PLACE ANALYSIS
The Townscape Place Analysis study we have commissioned with Urban Forward Ltd, looks at the character and identity of our parish and provides evidence to support the policies in our plan that relate to the built environment.

The Development Site Appraisal we have commissioned with Urban Forward Ltd has been produced to support the potential development of four key areas within the parish should they come forward for development, so that they maximise the opportunities to contribute positively to making our parish a better place.
